R&D Department
The Eco Infra Wells R&D Center integrates LiDAR scanning, 3D spatial reconstruction, BIM, and Digital Twin technologies to develop solutions for the long-term use of facility and spatial information.
Using repeat scanning data, we quantify structural settlement and deformation and connect the results with BIM models to support condition assessment, change prediction, and maintenance decision-making.
We also develop Digital Twin-based spatial archiving technology that digitizes physical spaces and records in 3D for continuous preservation, management, and sharing.
1
Settlement Monitoring Technology Development
Repeated LiDAR scanning is used to quantify structural settlement and deformation.
The measurement data is integrated with material and structural assembly libraries and BIM models to develop Digital Twin technology supporting condition assessment, change prediction, and maintenance decision-making.
2
3D Memorial Hall and Archiving Technology
Physical memorial spaces are digitized in 3D and connected with personal histories and memorial content through spatial information.
We develop a Digital Twin-based memorial and archiving platform that enables memorial spaces and records to be continuously preserved, managed, and shared.
