T5 Megaspine Soil/Earthwork Quantity Measurement
High-precision terrain data will be developed for large-scale earthworks at the Changi Airport site using LiDAR scanning. The work will cover the full process from establishing reference surfaces and terrain modeling to calculating excavation, fill, and off-site disposal volumes.
LiDAR terrain data will be integrated with BIM to automate earthwork quantity takeoff and report generation. A management system will also be established to verify consistency among excavation, fill, and stockpile volumes and to track changes over time.
This approach will improve the accuracy and transparency of construction quantities and provide a reliable quantity management framework for progress payments, final account settlement, design changes, and contract reviews.
Pyeong Hwa Cemetery Digital Twin Design and Waterway Design

High-precision terrain data for the entire Pyeong Hwa Memorial Park was acquired through drone-based aerial surveying. The collected data was organized within a GIS environment to support site analysis and create cadastral-level 3D spatial information.
The terrain data was integrated with Civil 3D for drainage planning and channel design, extending the survey results beyond existing-condition documentation into engineering data suitable for practical civil design.
Surveying, spatial data development, site analysis, and civil design were integrated into a single Digital Twin process. This improved project accuracy and efficiency while establishing a foundation for future facility and spatial information management.

GTX Subway Construction BIM

Tunnel-related design data was integrated to develop high-precision BIM models for the GTX tunnel section and stations.
Multidisciplinary clash detection and constructability reviews were conducted throughout the design and construction phases. BIM-based quantity takeoff was also automated to improve design data consistency and practical site usability.
This established an integrated BIM management framework that reduces design errors and construction risks in advance while improving the efficiency and accuracy of schedule reviews and quantity management.
