About Us

Eco Infra Wells is a technology company that transforms data from natural environments and urban infrastructure into integrated 3D information environments using LiDAR, GIS, BIM, and Digital Twin technologies. We connect terrain, vegetation, utilities, design, construction, and maintenance data within a unified framework to support informed decision-making throughout the entire infrastructure lifecycle.

Through drone scanning, LiDAR surveying, and GIS-based spatial analysis, we create accurate 3D models of sites, terrain, and facilities. These data environments enable intuitive assessment of complex site conditions and support vegetation classification, protected-tree identification, and time-series monitoring for environmental protection and restoration.

Our BIM services cover both design and construction. Parametric and assembly-based BIM libraries improve design consistency, support rapid design changes, and enable multidisciplinary clash detection. During construction, BIM models are integrated with field data to support quantity takeoff, progress monitoring, schedule management, and 4D and 5D construction management.

For operation and maintenance, we connect 3D facility models with repeated scanning data to identify changes, assess asset conditions, analyze settlement and deformation, prioritize repairs, and manage maintenance histories. This creates a practical Digital Twin environment that supports long-term facility management and data-driven decision-making.

The Eco Infra Wells Research & Development Center develops applied technologies in LiDAR data enhancement, BIM standardization, parametric and assembly-based library systems, disaster-site support, and Digital Twin-based spatial archiving. Our capabilities have been strengthened through railway BIM projects, GTX tunnel and station modeling, underground construction management, and GIS-based Digital Twin projects.

Eco Infra Wells goes beyond creating 3D models. We build reliable information environments that can be continuously used from surveying and design to construction, monitoring, and maintenance.

We connect environmental preservation, efficient resource use, and human safety through data and technology to create a more sustainable future for infrastructure.
