Research
and
Development
We research integrated approaches to developing and utilizing infrastructure spatial information through BIM and Digital Twin technologies.
Through continuous research and development, we implement reliable data-driven management systems supported by proven technical expertise.
Design BIM Quality Verification and Improvement
(Completed)
Existing BIM libraries that had been maintained separately were integrated and reorganized for use as assembly-based libraries. This work included establishing reference points, reviewing geometry and attribute information, and correcting data errors.
Consistent object standards and information structures were established to improve library accuracy, compatibility, and usability. This created a standardized library system that can be repeatedly reused within the design BIM environment.

Standard Drawing Based Assembly Library Development
Assembly-based and parametric BIM libraries were developed from standard design drawings, with reference points and component assembly methods systematically defined for each object.
The libraries were designed for repeated use while allowing flexible adjustments to design conditions and key dimensions. This improved library reusability, modeling consistency, and overall design efficiency.

Design Library Development
(Completed)
BIM library standards, quality improvement strategies, and phased application procedures were established. Guidelines and application manuals were also prepared to ensure consistent implementation throughout the entire lifecycle, from design and construction to maintenance.
Clear criteria were defined for library development, review, and application, reducing information inconsistencies across users and projects. This established an operational framework that improves design BIM quality, workflow consistency, and library reusability.
